Documents can be faxed (914-297-6642), emailed to empirestatelegal@gmail.com, mailed, or dropped off at any of our locations. We do require pre-payment, accepting all major credit and debit cards, once payment is processed your sales receipt is immediately emailed for your records. This option is only available for email or fax. Drop off’s must call first to be added to building security to permit access to our offices.

Documents for service must be in a sealed envelope with payment in the form of a money order (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH) payable to EMPIRE STATE LEGAL SERVICES and your contact information (your name, your phone number, your address, name of party to be served, address of party to be served and photo of the party to be served or description of the individual to be served: height, weight, skin color, hair color, age and the best time for service) All documents will be received by our receptionist and forwarded to the appropriate managers.
